Free shipping worldwide on all orders. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

All delivery times are estimates from dispatch, not order date. During sale periods or new-drop launches, processing may take an extra 1–2 business days.
Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number sent to your email. If you haven't received it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us at hello@smirktees.com.
Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country. These fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Returns & Exchanges
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we'll replace or fully refund it — no questions asked. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@smirktees.com with a photo of the issue and your order number.
Wrong Size
We do not accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind — please check the size guide on the product page before ordering.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days. We'll investigate with the carrier and work to resolve it. SMIRK is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address.
